MSc:

During my Master thesis we built a prototype breast scanner. MATLAB was used for data acquisition and analysis of the sound waves of the scanner that was built. An inversion algorithm was implemented to construct images of the scans that were made.

BSc:

During my Bachelor thesis, I worked on the quantification of the registration accuracy of retinal images. This is necessary for the automation of the recognition of diabetic retinopathy. The 'Image Processing Toolbox' and the 'Parallel Computing Toolbox' in MATLAB were used during this project
